Changing the way you shop

 

Spas are exploding across the country because people enjoy the level of service they receive when they visit a spa. Shopping on the other hand can be frustrating and time consuming and sometimes the level of service can be appalling. At Changes By Design shopping for your home will feel more like a visit to the spa. Our guests will be able to choose the level of service they would enjoy. Some guests may choose to come in and browse undisturbed and ask for help when they feel it is required. Or our clients may choose to book an appointment with an interior designer or decorator. At this appointment the client will be treated like the important guest that they are. Our guests will be greeted at the door and offered to have their coat hung up in a secure place. Specialty coffee, tea or bottled water will be available to them before they begin their appointment. They will then enjoy the full attention of the interior decorator at one of the many design centers located throughout the building.

Some clients are working with their own interior designer or decorator and we will also offer a unique service to these clients as well. All the selections they make in the store such as sizes, fabrics selections and colour will automatically be forwarded on to their designer for the designers final approval.
